Phase 2 of Sun Empire includes potential for two buildings totaling more than 800,000 SF. Given the acreage, it also allows for the ultimate versatility with the design to accommodate a vast majority of needs from secured outside storage, increased trailer storage needs, employee parking or fleet parking to name a few. All of the infrastructure and amenities will be complete for the entirety of the park by Q1 2025 which provides a competitive advantage on construction timelines and the tenant experience from day one.
